The end of the Wargamer GUT

About 3 months ago I decided to do something drastic about my weight and ended up jumping on the Dukan Diet.
If you are a Wargamer this diet is a billion times easier than painting over 50 figs  the same.  If you have the patience for that you can do this.

This has worked well for me but everyone is different so I dont guarantee anything.  Not trying to push anything just figured I would put it out there in case anyone also has gotten to the point that I was at


  1. Mmmm it kinda sounds like the Atkins diet. How is it different to it?

  2. It sort of is but the big difference is reduction in fat, salt and adding in at least 20min of exercise daily. Then once you are past the first protein part you rotate in as many vegetables as you want with days with vegetables and proteins and then days with just proteins. I lost weight pretty fast and am now entering the stabilization phase which i know will be tough.(hence why i started the blog) But overall I lost 60 lbs in about 3 months and I am getting close to my old college body.
